Delivery Liability: TCGspot is not responsible for stolen or lost orders that are marked as delivered.

Product Quality: All packages that sent out are carefully handled in the appropriate packaging. We take great pride in making sure your product gets to you in the exact condition we sent it in. If your package has incurred any damage in transit, its likely due to an issue with the Parcel Service and customers are encouraged to take this up directly with the Parcel Service if there any are signs of damage to the packaging. 

Customs and Duties: We are not liable for any customs, duties, or taxes incurred on United States shipments, nor for any damage caused by inspection processes.

Address Accuracy: We are not responsible for incorrect addresses provided by customers. Any losses resulting from this error are solely the customer’s responsibility.

Final Sale Policy: Once a shipping label is created, all sales are final. 

Order Cancellation: We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion. If this occurs, customers will receive a full refund.
